What is the minimum order quantity?
– The minimum quantity on most sublimated garments is 10 with repeat orders being 5. Please check our brochure or ask a sales team member to make sure.
– For stock garments there is no minimum order
how do I best care for my garment/s?
Washing
- – We advise washing your garments promptly after use so any staining or damp smells can be removed.
- Turn garments inside out before washing.
- Check your garment labels for the correct temperature setting and follow instructions.
- Do not use bleach on your garments as this will remove the colour from the shirt.
Drying
- Avoid tumble drying your garments.
- Dry naturally if possible, and put them into shape first.
Ironing
- Most garments shouldn’t need to be ironed if the washing procedure is followed.
- Iron on the lowest setting and inside out if possible to avoid discolouration.
How long are your lead times?
– We offer an industry-leading 3-4 weeks on all sublimated and bespoke garments.
– Stock garments with personalisation carry a 2-week lead time as standard.
Do you have sizing and sizing samples?
– We have comprehensive size guides available for all products, please ask a member of the team for a copy.
– Sizing samples are available and can be ordered through a sales representative. This need to be returned after use.
Artwork & artwork charges
– To avoid design charges please send all artwork in one of the following formats:
.AI (Adobe Illustrator): This is a vector based file created in Adobe Illustrator and is the preferred format for all decoration and will produce the highest quality finish
.EPS (Encapsulated Post Script): A true EPS will be a vector based file and can therefore be used in the same way as an Adobe illustrator file to produce a high quality finish
.PDF (portable document file): A high resolution PDF file is acceptable as long as the original file was created in Adobe Illustrator
– If suitable artwork isn’t supplied we offer a redraw service which is charged at £25+vat per logo.
How do I find out the current status of my order?
Need an update? Just drop us an email or give us a quick call. We’ll check with the production team and get back to you with an update as soon as possible.
Can I place a repeat order later?
Yes, your designs are safely on file, making reorders simple, whether you’re after a complete update or just a few additional pieces.
How long does delivery take?
Bespoke Orders
Once your bespoke order is complete, we’ll ship it via DPD Next Day for fast UK delivery. You’ll receive tracking details by email, and DPD will send a 1-hour delivery slot once it’s out for delivery. If you run into any issues, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help!
Club Shop Orders
We use Evri and DPD to deliver all Club Shop orders. Once your order has been packaged, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Delivery typically takes 3–7 days after dispatch.
Our current shipping rates are as follows:
- Orders under £60: £4.95
- Orders between £60 and £150: £6.50
- Orders over £150: £7.50
All orders are fully insured for your peace of mind. If you run into any issues, feel free to reach out to us. We’re happy to help!

Where are our products made?
We make every bespoke sublimated items and knitted shirts right here in our Staffordshire factory. It’s something we’ve proudly done for over 35 years! Because we produce everything in-house, we can keep a close eye on quality and offer some of the fastest lead times in the industry.
What happens if I have an issue with my order?
Let us fix it! If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us with your order number and let us know what’s gone wrong. We’ll investigate promptly and work with you to resolve the issue, whether that means a replacement, repair, or refund. With our UK-based production, we can act fast and ensure your satisfaction.
