Club Shop Questions

Members visit their club’s dedicated online shop, select the products and sizes they need, and pay for their order online. Vulcan Sports handles each order directly, so the club does not need to collect individual orders or payments.

Orders can be delivered to the customer’s chosen address or collected from our shop in Leek. Club Shop deliveries are sent using Evri or DPD and normally arrive within 3–7 working days after dispatch. Combined delivery may also be available when several members are ordering at the same time—please contact us before ordering to arrange this.

Our Club Shops are free to set up for Vulcan Sports customers. Contact us with your club details and the products you would like to offer, and our team will guide you through the setup process.

Yes. Contact our team if you would like to add a product, update an existing design or remove an item. If any remaining stock is affected, we’ll explain the available options before making the change.
