If you are unhappy with your order and you wish to return an item to us, this intention must be expressed within 14 days of us receiving your order, either via a telephone conversation with one of our sales team or on an email to firstname.lastname@example.org Upon notifying us of your intention to return, the goods must be sent back within 14 days to the address listed below:

Please remember to obtain proof of postage for your return, as this will contain a tracking number to prove the item(s) have been returned to us. Without this we will be unable to refund any money back to you if we do not receive the items.
All items must be returned in their original condition, fit for resale. For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on swimwear if the hygiene strip has been removed. Sadly we cannot accept personalised items to be exchanged or returned unless they are faulty.
Any cost involved in exchanging/returning items back to us must be paid by the customer unless there is a fault in the product.
As soon as we have received your return, we endeavor to complete your refund with 7 working days, please note this does not include your bank’s processing time. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, over the telephone by one of our sales team.
We do not offer refunds of shipping payments for your order unless the items is faulty.
We are more than happy to offer exchanges for any of our non-customised items. To exchange an item please follow our returns procedure, make sure you enclose within the parcel details of the new item you require us to change for you. Please note if any additional payments are required for your exchange or a refund is due to you, this payment will be completed over the phone.
If you require items to be reshipped to you an additional delivery charge will be applied.
Upon receive back the item(s) you wish to exchange and the additional payments required have been made, we will then re-send out the item(s) you require back out to you.
The Right to Cancel
In addition to our returns policy, you have the right to cancel your contract with us within 14 days from the day you receive your order from us. This right does not apply to items which have; been customised, once your order has been placed you cannot cancel your order. We class customised items as – any item which has been personalised or made bespoke to your requirements. Also we cannot can apply this right to swimwear if the hygiene seal has been broken.
In regards to cancelations of non-customised items please follow returns procedure.
