We’ve been proudly making our traditional shirts for four decades. Founded in 1986, Supersport (now Vulcan Sports) began with traditional rugby shirts, and they remain at the heart of what we do today.
Each shirt is made right here in the UK by our skilled team, using time-honoured methods and high-quality materials. Four decades on, we’re still proud to be the only custom-order manufacturer of traditional shirts produced in Britain.

We have a minimum order of 15 shirts for all custom designs. This allows us to produce your shirts efficiently while keeping our high quality and attention to detail consistent across every order.
Our typical lead time is 3–4 weeks, which is among the fastest in the industry. During peak periods, this may extend slightly to around 5 weeks. When you place your order, we’ll confirm an accurate delivery timeframe, and you’re always welcome to contact us for a progress update at any time.

To keep your shirts looking their best for many seasons, wash them inside out at 30 °C. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, or tumble drying. Instead, line-dry naturally to maintain the colour, shape, and quality.

Yes. We offer a set range of 19 traditional shirt colours and 22 design options, including classic hoops, panels, and heritage-style layouts. If you cannot find a colour combination or design that suits your club, we can also look at custom colours or bespoke design options.
Custom colours and designs may come at an additional cost and can require a higher minimum order quantity, so please get in touch with your ideas, and our team will guide you through the options.
Yes. Your club badge and the Vulcan Sports logo are included in the price of your traditional shirts. We can also add extras such as additional embroidery, sponsor logos, names, or numbers.
