Minimum order quantities vary depending on the garment. Most bespoke sublimated products start from around 10 items, while some products may have a minimum of 15. If you’re unsure, just get in touch and we’ll confirm the minimum for the items you’re interested in.

Our standard lead time for bespoke teamwear is approximately 3–4 weeks once your order, artwork, sizes and payment have been confirmed. Larger or more complex orders may take a little longer, but we’ll let you know before production begins.

Yes. We’ll provide a visual proof showing your chosen design, colours, logos and personalisation before production begins. Nothing goes into production until the artwork has been approved.

Yes. If you have Pantone references, existing artwork or physical samples, we can use these as a guide to match your club colours as closely as possible. Our sublimated garments are printed in CMYK, so exact colour reproduction can vary slightly depending on the fabric and print process, but we’ll always aim for the closest possible match.

Yes. We keep your approved designs on file, making it easy to order additional garments in the future. Minimum quantities are lower for repeat orders on most products.

Yes. Sizing samples can be arranged through our team, helping your players or members choose the most suitable fit before your final order is placed.

Our bespoke sublimated garments are manufactured at our factory in Staffordshire. Producing them in-house allows us to closely control quality and maintain our typically quick 3–4 week lead times.
